1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c66 platform available at c66.asia (hereinafter "c66," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the c66 platform. c66 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and c66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and c66 relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the c66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing c66 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of c66, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

c66 employs age verification procedures during the registration process. You may be required to submit a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) to verify your age and identity. c66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player shall be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of c66 services, you must register a c66 account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) c66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. c66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. c66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify c66 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

c66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the c66 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). c66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the c66 platform and may be updated from time to time. c66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the c66 account holder. c66 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

c66 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

c66 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

c66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the c66 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit promotions, or colluding with other players — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the c66 platform:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the c66 platform or its underlying software.
• Use the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse c66 staff or other players.
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorization.
• Exploit any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the c66 platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to c66 immediately.

c66 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the c66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of c66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c66 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any c66 content without the prior written consent of c66.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

c66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your c66 account.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your c66 account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the c66 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

9. Limitation of Liability

c66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your c66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. c66 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.

10. Amendments to These Terms

c66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, c66 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the c66 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting c66 customer support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and c66, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting c66 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent c66 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
